Apartment in Polanica


The apartment with an area of 55m 2 is located in a historic tenement house and is located on the pedestrian street in one of the side streets. Despite the location in the center, it guarantees peace and quiet.

From the apartment there is access to a small but private garden at the back of the building. We have also prepared two private parking spaces for our guests.

The living room has a rest, TV, a large table and a well-equipped kitchenette with a sink, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, microwave and fridge.

In the first bedroom for our guests we have prepared a large double bed with bedside lamps, a dressing table, a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

The second bedroom of the apartment has a bunk bed, a sofa bed, a desk, a wardrobe and a TV.

The functional bathroom has a shower, sink, washing machine and toilet.

In the apartment you will also find a rejection machine, an iron and an ironing board, a baby cot.

The apartment in Polanica is equipped with wifi.

Two parking spaces are assigned to the apartment, available after passing through the gate.

Polanica-Zdrój is located in the very center of the Kłodzko Valley and it is not without reason that it is called a pearl among Sudeten health resorts.

Here you will rest and recharge your batteries, and if you don't have enough local attractions, you will find more in the well-connected neighborhood. First of all, it is close to Zieleniec and Czarna Góra - the two largest ski resorts. In which direction you go, interesting places await you. Kudowa, Bystrzyca Kłodzka and the Czech Republic from the south

Yes, we charge a 20% prepayment at the time of booking.

Are towels and bed linen provided?

Yes, in each of our premises you will find clean sheets and towels for each person. The exception are infants for whom you must protect yourself with your own bed linen and towels.

Are there any additional fees added to the price of accommodation?

Local fees will be added to the price of accommodation in accordance with the regulations in force in a given city. Full information on additional charges is available during the booking process.

Can I cancel my booking?

In the event of cancellation of the booking, MyWeek.pl may deduct or claim compensation in the amount of 20% of the booking value, but not less than the value of the one-day stay. In the event of a no show, 100% of the booking value will be deducted. In justified cases, we can transfer the reservation to another date, provided that the length of stay, price per night or the value of the reservation are not lower than the canceled reservation.
