Description
A duplex apartment with an area of 61m 2 , located on the top floor of the building, consists of a living room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms with double beds (one on the mezzanine), a balcony, a large terrace and a comfortable bathroom with a shower. TV, Internet Wi-Fi, iron, washing machine, fridge, dishwasher.

The living room is equipped with a functional kitchenette, which has a sink, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, hood, fridge, kettle and tableware. Nearby there is a large table with chairs where you can comfortably eat a meal and a bar for another two people. In the living room there is a sofa bed with a coffee table and a TV cabinet. There is an exit to the balcony from the room.

The comfortable bedroom has a large double bed with two adjacent bedside tables and a capacious built-in wardrobe.

On the mezzanine there is a double bed, a reading corner and access to the terrace.

The comfortable bathroom has a shower cabin, a toilet, a washbasin with a mirror, and a washing machine.

On the top level of the apartment building there is a public terrace overlooking the city and mountains.

The apartment comes with a dedicated parking space in the underground garage.

Guests can also use the bicycle/ski room located on the ground floor.

Is prepayment required?

Yes, we charge a 20% prepayment at the time of booking.

Are towels and bed linen provided?

Yes, in each of our premises you will find clean sheets and towels for each person. The exception are infants for whom you must protect yourself with your own bed linen and towels.

Can I get a VAT invoice?

Yes, provided that you indicate such a wish when making the reservation.

Are there any additional fees added to the price of accommodation?

Local fees will be added to the price of accommodation in accordance with the regulations in force in a given city. Full information on additional charges is available during the booking process.

Can I cancel my booking?

In the event of cancellation of the booking, MyWeek.pl may deduct or claim compensation in the amount of 20% of the booking value, but not less than the value of the one-day stay. In the event of a no show, 100% of the booking value will be deducted. In justified cases, we can transfer the reservation to another date, provided that the length of stay, price per night or the value of the reservation are not lower than the canceled reservation.

What is the check-in procedure?

Check-in takes place at the reception desk of the Colorful Pola Hotel in Polanica-Zdrój. The day before arrival, you will receive an SMS with full registration details.
